So Gratipay's way of working has changed significantly. It's now focused on teams instead of individuals and as I understand it, there is no team for this guide. It seems best to just remove this @brittag. Can you update this PR to remove the button altogether? |

It doesn't really look like anyone is donating money via the Gratipay service linked in the sidebar, but the name of the service in the sidebar was outdated. I fixed this since it could give readers the impression that the whole guide is outdated.
