Might be worth it to pass in time during query response or response processing. It would be nice to have the same time on all records created that were received in the same packet and it's quite confusing to have multiple times when it's all in one receive

• Records received in the same response MUST be subject to fate
  sharing. Its possible we could end up expiring part of the unique
  record set because one of the addresses is a few ms older.
