Add "stickup_cam_mini_ptz_v1" to possible KINDS.
Added "STICKUP_CAM_MINI_PTZ_KINDS" to various headers so Integration can detect Pan-Tilt Indoor Cam entities.

The changes allow the Ring Integration to recognize the Pan-Tilt Indoor Cam (stickup_cam_mini_ptz_v1), instead of reporting it as an Unknown Stickup Cam.
After manually making these changes in my Home Assistant implementation, it recognizes the camera as a "Pan-Tilt Indoor Cam" now and reports 10 entities:
