This greatly simplifies the benchmark test module, producing a much more detailed report. The plugin is also able to compare successive runs, see http://pytest-benchmark.readthedocs.org/en/stable/comparing.html.
A new option ``--compare-other-engines`` determines whether the benchmarks are performed on all available engines or on RapidJSON alone.

This reimplements the benchmarks on top of the pytest-benchmark plugin.
See issue #24 for a sample output, and the README.rst for instructions: if/when #44 gets merged I'm willing to integrate the new output into docs/benchmarks.rst.
