This release brings the following changes:

  • Added ARM-wheels for Ubuntu and Windows.
  • Bumped version numbers of build system, e.g. Python versions and GitHub Actions.
  • Cythonized with new version.
  • Updated several development and documentation dependencies.
  • Dropped no longer needed testing dependency.
