Context & Documentation Cleanup
Parameter names across the
timemodule documentation (Doc/library/time.rst) and C module docstring signatures previously differed across functions (e.g. usingsecsin one function vssecondsin another, ortvstuple). This inconsistency created confusion when reading rendered Sphinx documentation and interactivehelp()output.Solution & Changes
Doc/library/time.rstto use consistent, descriptive parameter naming across all time functions (secondsfor timestamp arguments,time_tuplefor struct_time/tuple arguments).Testing & Verification
