Replace the inherited bower CI (no bower.json in this fork) with a nix-based one that runs scripts/build, scripts/test (if present) and luacheck; make the scripts fail-fast; refresh stale flake inputs.

The refreshed nixpkgs marks easy-purescript-nix's purs-tidy (which depends on the now-EOL nodejs-20) as insecure, breaking dev-shell evaluation; purs-tidy was dropped from the dev shell to restore a green build.
