Add 1209:B333 for TBOSS (https://github.com/armandhammer/TBOSS), open-source firmware (GPL-3.0-or-later) for the TheoryBoard THY333 MIDI controller.
It is firmware-only because the hardware is a commercial product. Every owner installs the same firmware, so one shared ID lets operating systems and DAWs recognise it. Today it uses an unallocated test ID instead.
