Download PHPStan Pro from its 2.2.x branch - #6927

PHPStan Pro 2.2.x applies the fixedErrorDiffs PHPStan sends, edits the baseline and ignoreErrors, and drops the Ignore Line wizard that --fix replaced. --pronow asks the download API for the PHAR published from phpstan/phpstan-fixer's new2.2.xbranch instead of2.1.x. A PHAR downloaded from2.1.xis replaced at the next start, because its branch differs.Merge this after phpstan/phpstan-fixer#291 is merged and the
2.2.xPHAR is published. Until then,2.2.xhas the same code as2.1.x.
