event_scheduler and unauthenticated user are not real users, there shouldn't be a link for these

How to Reproduce

With event scheduler enabled or a db server that receives a lot of new connections
2. Go to Status -> Processes

Expected behavior

I expect there to be no link for users that can't be viewd in the user account page.
