ICQ was shut down in 2024, Skype in 2025 and Yahoo Messenger already in 2018. Remove their default profile fields from new installations and, like the earlier AOL and MSN/WLM removals, drop the fields and their data from existing boards via migration. PHPBB-17606

ICQ was shut down in 2024, Skype in 2025 and Yahoo Messenger already in 2018. The ICQ and Yahoo fields have additionally shipped deactivated (field_active set to 0) for years. Following the earlier removals of MSN/WLM (PR #3903) and AOL (3.3.2), this removes the three default profile fields from new installations and drops the fields, their data columns and their language rows from existing boards via a migration with full revert support. The Skype contact icon template branches and colour rule are removed as well. The Facebook, X/Twitter and YouTube fields are untouched.
Verified against a live board: installed with the fields populated, running db:migrate removes them cleanly and the post profile contact dropdown keeps its layout with the remaining icons. A new migration test asserts the field and language rows are deleted, that deletion is idempotent, and that the revert recreates the fields.
A companion PR provides the same change for the 3.3.x branch.
