src: remove duplicate env field from CryptoJob
Add a `ThreadPoolWork::env()` getter and use that. To fix the diamond
problem in class CompressionStream that inherits from both AsyncWrap
and ThreadPoolWork, we add a `CompressionStream::env()` getter that
delegates to `AsyncWrap::env()`.
