vm: add modules

Adds vm.Module, which wraps around ModuleWrap to provide an interface for developers to work with modules in a more reflective manner. +The `vm.Module` class provides a low-level interface for using ECMAScript
+modules in VM contexts. It is the counterpart of the `vm.Script` class that
