Thanks @hasumikin. I have folded this README into mruby directly.

As part of making Prism the default compiler, I canonicalized the gem names: the Prism-based mruby-bin-mrbc-prism became mruby-bin-mrbc, and the old lrama toolchain moved under the -lrama suffix. So the README now lives at mrbgems/mruby-bin-mrbc/README.md, with the canonical URL and a short Naming section explaining the mruby-bin-mrbc / mruby-bin-mrbc2 correspondence and the rename.

Since the original target directory mruby-bin-mrbc-prism/ no longer exists, I am closing this PR in favor of that commit. The mirror note itself is unchanged in spirit.
