Motivation and Context

Because the Versioning doc is currently in the /specification folder, it shows this banner that is not relevant for it:

Based on my understanding, the best solution would be to have it in the right folder - /docs/learn - along with other pages in the "About" section.

How Has This Been Tested?

After moving the file and updating docs.json the banner is gone:

Breaking Changes

None. I've added old links to the list of redirects to make sure https://modelcontextprotocol.io/specification/versioning redirects to https://modelcontextprotocol.io/docs/learn/versioning.
