I thought I could delete the scripts, but they actually are for importing DT into RWC, so I'll delete that another day. |

If anyone watching this is a genius, see if you can figure out why that previous commit makes ts-eslint work again... I don't get it. |

Well, I "figured" it out, in that I assumed that it had to do with ts-eslint loading all code into one Program and there being oddities with type references, so I just made a new eslint-only config which adds them unconditionally. |

microsoft/typescript-error-deltas#102 for the error deltas change. Surprise, we debug assert, so that's something to look into. |

I'll try and get test262 going in the error deltas repo, at the very least to just check parsing.Done.
