Anybody whose PR was broken prior to this will need to merge master into their branch and push to their PR to trigger a rebuild. Rebuilding in the travis UI doesn't make the build use a new upstream commit for the pr, unfortunately. |

Their version was a little stricter (it applies in function declarations) and added a build error. This fixes the lint and removes our copy of the rule.
