Looks OK provided we don't need to do any invalidation on the sourcefiles within the resolved references. @RyanCavanaugh might have more of an opinion.

When we reused a program structure completely we were not reusing the resolved project references from the old program which led to a number of crashes in the language service as soon as you start to edit a file.
