I did disable the binding for Jenkins, but i do not know what is needed for circle. @DanielRosenwasser do you know how can we disable circle? |

I think it's just a matter of disabling the webhook and deploy key in the repo's Settings. |

Travis is pretty stable right now, so there's no need for so much build duplication, and we have a VSTS build running for rapid validation like circle may have been useful for now (though it's not yet turned on for fork PRs - that'll happen soon(tm)).
Will also remove travis in the coming weeks (days?) as we light up VSTS with the builds we want (it's easy for us to use for both our internal and public facing builds now, which was all that stopped us before).
