This is already addressed by #6047 Are you both from the Toronto class? If so, can you work with @ryanbelt to add tests to the other PR? Closing this because it is a duplicate PR 😢 |

This is an attempt to fix #5479.
The fix is based on actual/expected behaviour from the given python code at: #5479 (comment)
Unsure if this is the _"correct"_ fix. If it is, I can add a test for this case.
