The testing overview documentation file Testing.md has been updated to include the various requirement options for TestSkipIf that are available but were not documented.

The testing.md file which explains the process for writing tests
for the various aspects of LiveCode contains a section on the
TestSkipIf command, which skips a test if a certain requirment
is met. However not all the available requirement options that
TestSkipIf provides were documented.

Information for these requirement options has now been added.

I'm not sure why Monte and Trevor's commits have ended up in this pull request.

I can close this and try again if necessary.

@andrewferguson I think you checked out develop-9.0 and then targeted the PR at develop... I will edit the target to see if it cleans up
