A python alternative to Dr. Israni's example R code

1. Clone the repo by git clone https://github.com/lichenglu/applied_bayesian_edp_380c.git
2. Change directory to the repo
3. In your terminal, run chmod +x set_up.sh && ./set_up.sh
4. Activate the virtual env by conda activate stan
5. Open your jupyter notebook or lab
