Resolved the merge conflicts. pom.xml auto-merged cleanly with both junit-jupiter.version=6.1.0 (our change) and spring.version=7.0.7 (from master). MODULE.bazel also auto-merged correctly. For maven_install.json, I took master's side to resolve the conflicting hash/version entries — the dependabot-sync-bazel CI workflow will re-pin with the correct combined hashes once this is pushed.

Fixed in commit fix: update junit-platform.version to 6.1.0. The root cause was that JUnit 6.x unified the versioning scheme — Platform components moved from 1.x to 6.x alongside Jupiter. junit-platform.version was still set to 1.13.4 (the JUnit 5 era value), causing junit-platform-launcher and junit-platform-reporting to resolve to incompatible 1.x JARs, which made all 103 Bazel tests fail. Updated pom.xml, MODULE.bazel, and maven_install.json to use junit-platform:6.1.0 across the board.
