@dbpolito @fabriciojs - submitting this PR to add support for PHP 8.3 to
docker-phpqa. Just starting a new 8.3 project and would love to use Kool and this version with CS Fixer. You already have the PHP 8.3 image. I believe the only change from prior versions is to update the Dockerfile withFROM kooldev/php:8.3(everything else is exactly the same). And, after merging, do you need to create a new Docker Hub image for 8.3 here > https://hub.docker.com/r/kooldev/phpqa/tags?
