Follow-up to #9785. NormalCachingCallSite is @Deprecated(since = "9.4-") with the javadoc "replaced with MonomorphicCallSite", and the three ArgfSites fields (gets, readline, readlines) added there produced three [deprecation] warnings in CI.

MonomorphicCallSite calls super(methodName, CallType.NORMAL), the same as NormalCachingCallSite, so dispatch is unchanged (public methods only).

These three are the only users of NormalCachingCallSite on jruby-10.0; after this the class has no callers and could be removed separately.

core compiles with no call-site warnings.

NormalCachingCallSite is deprecated in favor of MonomorphicCallSite,
which dispatches with the same CallType.NORMAL.
