Let's get downloader

First download installer.jar to your java tools installation directory. Then run the jar file and just wait for it to download.

About

These tools are very useful especially for usaco. Build files are also included to build a special usaco version. To skip dealing with zip extractors and stuff a downloader file is all you need.
