A university team project that organizes Gachon University Cyber Campus assignments by deadline and submission status.
A deadline shown as May 4 at 00:00 can be mistaken for the end of May 4, even though the work must be submitted before that day begins. The app makes deadlines easier to read and shows how much time remains.
The app collects assignment information from Cyber Campus and presents three views:
- What To Do: assignments that are still open and have not been submitted.
- Done: submitted assignments.
- Not Submitted: assignments whose deadline has passed without submission.
Midnight deadlines are displayed as 23:59 on the previous day to make the intended submission day clearer.
Original stack: FlutterFlow, Java, Spring Boot, JSoup, MariaDB, Heroku
Working on this team project helped me understand how web data collection, backend logic, a database, and a mobile interface fit together. The deadline display was a small design choice aimed at a problem we encountered as students.
The project was built around Gachon University's Cyber Campus and its login and page structure at the time. The original app targeted Android; continued service depends on the backend and the university site's current behavior. No measured improvement in assignment submission rates is claimed.
