actions/checkouttov7.0.0(9c091bb21b7c1c1d1991bb908d89e4e9dddfe3e0).v7 refuses to fetch fork-PR code in
pull_request_target/workflow_runworkflows by default, mitigating "pwn request" supply-chain attacks. SHA-pinned
workflows do not receive the 2026-07-16 backport automatically, so this is a
manual update.
