What does this PR do?
This PR adapts the PR Style bot workflow to the new version of
huggingface_hub/.github/workflows/style-bot-action.ymlto fix some security vulnerability and allow users with write permission to trigger the bot. See huggingface/huggingface_hub#2914 for more details.The style command is by default
make style && make qualityand checking theMakefileand thesetup.pyis no longer needed.
