This is an attempt to help address issue #1, in that we should really be comparing R with scientific python packages.

Some of the stackoverflow tags don't have overlap with the import names (or the package name on PyPI), so I just broke them up into two lists. Do what you want with them.

Since you're here, would you minding including any common scipy twitter tags too?

My only opposition to calling them scipy packages is that they don't all necessarily fall in the scipy stack.

Not sure I know what twitter tags people would use. I'll leave that open to someone else.

Is there a good common name? scipy + pydata?

I love the pydata name and that may be a good global fit since the PyData conference encompasses all the scientific python toolsuites.
