Fixes #3219 with Option4 as described in #3219.
In contrast to #3327 this PR is hand crafted and also fixes the issue for the MTB and the racingbike profile.
Please note that the test
testHarsdorf()behaves strange as it returns different results depending on the used routing algorithm. See the commented code marked as "FIXME" increateRequestFactories()inRoutingAlgorithmWithOSMTest.
