Code Review
This pull request updates the generated unit tests in both the standard and ads templates to assert that the API version header is present in the metadata list, rather than strictly requiring it to be the first element. This makes the tests more robust against changes in metadata ordering. There are no review comments, and I have no additional feedback to provide.
