This pull request updates the version of the google-cloud-bigquery-jdbc artifact from 0.11.0 (and 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT in the integration tests POM) to 1.0.0 across pom.xml, pom-it.xml, and versions.txt. This represents a major version release for the library. I have no feedback to provide as the changes are straightforward version updates.
