What changed

• ./fogping --help (also -h, help) prints copy-ready examples for every common case — first run, login, several users, the --edit workflow, --days, background run/stop, --localhost, upgrading — plus the ICMP permission fixes. You can get fogping running from the help alone.
• A wrong flag or user=/passwd= mistake prints one line pointing to --help instead of a usage dump.
• README: command examples instead of a parameter table.

No behavior or data changes; upgrade by replacing the binary.
