Great work on trimming the environment-variables reference doc! 🗜️ The prose condensing, merged example blocks, and tightened precedence/fallback sections all look like genuine improvements — preserving the tables, code samples, and links while cutting ~23 net lines is exactly the right trade-off. No issues to flag: single-file, docs-only change with a clear description. Tests are not applicable here since no code was modified. This PR looks ready for review. ✅
