Updates the existing daily “token consumption” observability workflow to report AI Credits (AIC) instead, aligning the prompt instructions and workflow display names with the newer AIC-based cost metric used by gh-aw telemetry.

- Revised the report prompt to aggregate and summarize AIC (fields, metrics, and output tables) instead of tokens.
- Renamed the workflow’s displayed name/run-name and related env-propagated workflow name strings to “Daily AIC Consumption Report (Sentry OTel)”.
