@luke has raised the issue that the macro invocation related classes are confusing, especially to new users. This PR improved the qldoc on the two main classes. A future PR (coming soon) will deprecate
MacroInvocationExprandMacroInvocationStmt, which we've observed to be used incorrectly as often as they're used correctly even in our own code.
