Add `sveltekit-3-cloudflare-workers` (Kit 3, adapter-cloudflare 8), our first SvelteKit-on-Workers app; the existing Cloudflare app is Pages on adapter 5. Run `wrangler dev` against the built worker rather than `vite dev`, because the adapter's dev proxy still sets the legacy `context` alias and would hide the rename this guards against.
