Rewire the `solidstart-2` E2E app onto the SDK's build integration — `sentrySolidStart()` in `vite.config.ts` and `Sentry.init()` from a Nitro plugin — replacing the `cp src/instrument.server.ts` build step and the `--import` start flag.
