BenchmarkDotNet has a new version that now supports .NET Core 2.1, which allows us to make benchmarks using .NET Framework 4.7. The client provider is also having issues being limited to a non-updated version of Newtonsoft.Json package.
This PR updates BenchmarkDotNet and Newtonsoft.Json to their latest versions.
