…ebase#8229) `--location` will be removed from apphosting commands in the next major CLI release. Before then, the CLI will print a warning about this removal whenever `--location` is used.

This is PR which is based on another PR(#7557).
This PR supports the custom Angular builders requested in the following issues:
Scenarios Tested
Deployed Angular applications which uses following builders:
