项目说明
android解析本地或者URL的gif图片或者jpg、png等图片，基于ImageViewEx。
简单介绍
1、本项目是采用了ImageViewEx插件

2、为了保证项目的可运行性，特将ImageViewEx插件所需要的第三方jar包和android library都加入到本项目的源码中
