As a consequence of #134 this PR implements the (exact) calculation of enthalpies of adsorption.

The enthalpy of adsorption is calculated from this neat expression.

$$0=\sum_j\left(\frac{\partial N_i}{\partial\mu_j}\right)_T\Delta h_j^\mathrm{ads}+T\left(\frac{\partial N_i}{\partial T}\right)_{p,x_k}$$

A derivation is added to the theory guide.
