What this PR does / why we need it:
The base feature-server image ships only a curated set of Feast extras. Users needing contrib offline stores (Trino, Iceberg, Spark, etc.) were left without guidance on how to build and deploy a custom image. Additionally, the auto-generated client ConfigMap (feast--client) was undocumented.
