What this PR does / why we need it:
The load test github action is still using Feast 0.7 ingestion retrieval flow, and is broken when job controller is removed from the docker compose setup. This PR will remove the load test from github action. It should be restored when we adapt the load test to fit Feast 0.8 workflow.
