Previous translator completed chapters 1-3 (20/71 section files) before stopping. Sharp cutoff exists - no partial translations in remaining chapters. This roadmap enables structured continuation with clear milestones and consistent methodology based on existing translation quality.
Remaining work: 51 files across 7 chapters + 2 appendices. Chapter 7 (Git Tools) is largest at 15 files.
