Allow to specify a target build stage for multi-stage builds #1113

When I build a multi-stage builds image I only have the first target built.
Do you have a way to set the target (--target) build stage to build in BuildImageCmd ?

If it's a missing feature, maybe I can make a PR but I would need a bit of mentoring / pointing to the right places.
