Bug: DocVec.to_protobuf() #1561
Description
The following code snippet fails, reason so far unclear:
class MyOtherDoc(BaseDoc):
embedding: Optional[AnyEmbedding]
da = DocVec[MyOtherDoc](

MyOtherDoc(

]
)
proto = da.to_protobuf()TypeError: Parameter to MergeFrom() must be instance of same class: expected <class 'docarray_pb2.NdArrayProto'> got <class 'NoneType'>.
