Problem

ROADMAP.md on main (6388e35b3f) is stale again — the same failure mode as #111 and #146, with new instances since those were fixed:

  1. The "CI and test health" Now row lists closed work as open. ROADMAP.md (CI and test health table) still lists, as Now / proposed:

unit (linux) green on main — packages/sdk/test/transport.test.ts fails in both variants. Find the cause before touching the assertion. — test(sdk): transport tests fail on main at the sessions.get error assertion — sessions.get error does not match {_tag: SessionNotFoundError} in the test flow (unit linux red) #62

test(sdk): transport tests fail on main at the sessions.get error assertion — sessions.get error does not match {_tag: SessionNotFoundError} in the test flow (unit linux red) #62 is CLOSED: fixed by PR test(sdk): expect the protocol SessionNotFoundError tag from sessions.get #158 (merged 2026-10-20T06:09Z, squash 6388e35b3f — the current main HEAD), which corrected the test to expect the protocol SessionNotFoundError tag. The sweep re-verified 2/2 on merged main and sdk:test 39/39 in unit (linux).

  2. The Done table stops at 2026-10-19. The header still says sources are "the merged PRs of 2026-10-19". None of the 2026-10-20 merges are recorded:

  3. The natural replacement Now item is missing. Fixing test(sdk): transport tests fail on main at the sessions.get error assertion — sessions.get error does not match {_tag: SessionNotFoundError} in the test flow (unit linux red) #62 surfaced fix(sdk): verify-package always fails when it runs — plugin-github missing from the pack list #159 (verify-package always fails when it runs — plugin-github missing from the pack list), which is exactly the "main branch whose checks are green" focus of the CI and test health area, but appears nowhere in the roadmap.

Why it matters

The roadmap is the fork's planning source of truth (linked from planning/README.md). A Now row pointing at already-fixed work sends the next contributor to re-investigate a solved failure, and an incomplete Done table makes it impossible to tell at a glance what has actually landed — the exact confusion #111 and #146 were filed to fix.
