fix(sdk): verify-package always fails when it runs — plugin-github missing from the pack list #159

Closed

Description

@dezren39

Summary

The Linux-only Verify packed workerd SDK step in test.yml fails whenever it actually runs: packages/sdk/script/verify-package.ts throws @opencode/core has unpacked workspace dependencies: @opencode/plugin-github. It usually goes unnoticed because the step runs bun turbo verify:package --affected --filter=@opencode/sdk, and on runs where @opencode/sdk is not affected turbo executes zero tasks and the step passes vacuously.

Evidence

Expected fix direction

Add "plugin-github" to names before "core" (its own workspace deps, @opencode/plugin and @opencode/schema, are already packed earlier), then verify the whole step end to end: bun turbo verify:package --filter=@opencode/sdk should run the packed-consumer checks and exit 0, and a PR touching packages/sdk should show unit (linux) fully green. Check packages/plugin-github's build/pack behaviour in this flow (its exports use ./src/*.ts wildcards) as part of the verification.

Acceptance criteria

  • bun turbo verify:package --filter=@opencode/sdk passes locally / in CI.
  • A PR affecting @opencode/sdk shows the Verify packed workerd SDK step green (not vacuously skipped).
  • No package.json files are left modified by a failed verify run.
